During combat, recast timer cooldown will begin once your familiar has retreated. Retreat outside of combat will not affect recast timer.

Third Battlehorn is an action unlocked at level 20. It is available for Beastmaster.

- Battlehorn Mastery II (Lv. 30) - Resets the recast timer for Tempered Release upon summoning a familiar.
- Battlehorn Mastery III (Lv. 34) - Resets the recast timer for Borrow upon summoning a familiar.
Notes
This action, similar to the other Battlehorns, has a 90 second cooldown in combat that begins once the Third Battlehorn-assigned beast withdraws from the field. When out of combat, it only has a 2 second cooldown.
