There's Something about Lou is a level 14 FATE spawned in Central Shroud.
Guide
When the boss is killed, it will spit into three smaller slugs, which further split into another three each. Note that with each progressive split, the max health of the slugs is divided amongst the new enemies, making them much easier to kill with area-of-effect attacks.
