Stack with Eukrasian Dosis III or not?

This article states that

The damage-over-time effect stacks with Eukrasian Dosis III

However, the tooltip specifically says

Effect cannot be stacked with Eukrasian Dosis III.

And from testing myself, I'm pretty sure it doesn't stack, but I'm happy to be corrected on this. --Nixitur (talk) 00:48, 8 February 2025 (UTC)
