A skilled warrior of Palaka's Stand, the twenty- four-year-old Sula once served the village alongside her older sister Chapa, guarding the roads and protecting pilgrims on their journeys. The two were polar opposites—Sula was a cheerful soul, while Chapa was quiet and composed.
The villagers once boasted that the sisters could best any foe. This claim was put to the proof during the Final Days when Dazahl, a fellow guard, was transformed into a terrible beast. Alas, Sula could not bring herself to fight their friend-turned-fiend, leaving Chapa to face it alone. Her sister managed to slay the beast, but died of her injuries. Burdened with guilt and grief, Sula would never be the same. Nevertheless, she has learned to be grateful for friends such as Ogul, who brought a semblance of joy back into her life, and for simple joys like the sweetness of watermelon.
