Sticky Tongue is an action unlocked at level 1. It is available for Blue Mage.
Flavor Text
In nature, Sticky Tongue is employed by gigantoads, who extend said lengthy and unusually adhesive appendages to capture distant prey. The blue magic rendition utilizes a far more sanitary aetherial “tongue,” but the principle is the same.

- Sticky Tongue is the first move used by the Toad when you attack from a distance.
Other Tips
- Sticky Tongue combines
Provoke with a long-range spell, so if you are mimicking a tank with 
Aetheric Mimicry, you can use Sticky Tongue to manage aggro.
