Our present objective is to restore the Sprouting Towerling in the Netroot Radius. We suspect it was once vitally important, but we can't be sure until it's reactivated.
Similar to Oizys, it appears that its prolonged inactivity is caused by aether deprivation, in this case owing to the surrounding vegetation obstructing the currents.
To combat this, the research team has prepared an alchemical solution. Adapted from the stimulant used on Oizys, it returns any plant to standard parameters!

Our investigation has discovered that the tall structure in the Netroot Radius, called the Sprouting Towerling, was essential to the city's systems.
However, it seems the withered roots of the plant prevent energy from reaching the surrounding area.
Good thing we have a formula that perks plant life right up! Spray it all over and get that energy flowing!
