Rubh is the hardworking Arcanist who works at the Arcanist's Guild as a shopkeeper, as well as a handler for the incoming and outgoing cargo to and from Limsa Lominsa. She takes her job incredibly seriously, ensuring that all cargo is properly audited and inspected, regardless of who the clientele is.
