Similar to other Cosmic Exploration project FATEs, this is a limited-time FATE per server.
This mission completes Development Log 7 in the Auxesia Infrastructure Index, which expands the map and allows access to the Sylvan Stacks area. (However, missions will not appear here until the completion of the subsequent upgrade, 
Sunning Towerling Revivification.)
Dialogue
The Sprouting Towerling's aether circuits have led us to another inert mechanism to the northwest. Hardly a surprise, given the presence of a second tower.
Yet as before, countless years' worth of overgrown foliage bars our path. I say we bring in our new heavy machinery and blast clean through!
Surely this civilization had some magical means of controlling such abundant life force. Their absence has wrought havoc indeed...
The second tower is within sight, but our way is blocked by a veritable jungle of overgrowth!
That's why we've developed a brand-new machine to cut through the thickest foliage! We've dubbed it the “Cosmic Harvester”!
Take the required parts and assemble them into a cosmic, plant-cutting contraption!
Work is progressing better than I could've imagined! Keep up the pace!
We're only a hop, skip, and a jump away from our goal! One final push─for the initiative!
