Megalocrab

Megalocrabs dwell on riverbanks and in coastal areas. These wavekin are possessed of incredibly hard shells, and can form a nigh on impenetrable defense simply by drawing their legs in close to their bodies. Many an eager predator has broken a fang-or indeed blades-on a megalocrab's unyielding carapace in an attempt to reach the succulent flesh protected within.
