Garlond GL-IS is a mount. Like other cash shop motorcycle mounts, this mount always behaves as if it has the first mount speed upgrade in a zone, regardless of if the upgrade is actually unlocked. This will make it faster on the ground than any other mount until that upgrade is acquired.
