Summary of Events

After the Syrcus Tower was buried, the Allagan civilization completely collapsed and plunged into utter chaos. Azys Lla was quickly abandonend, and the chimeras would roam free until their rediscovery at the beginning of the Seventh Astral Era (see also: The First Flight of the Excelsior).

The Calamity claimed the majority of the realms population, with only a few remaining. One among them was Princess Salina. She understood that the tower was not destroyed, but only buried, and the horrors within remained. Currently she wouldn't have means to destroy the tower, so she bestowed the power of her bloodline to a trusted ally. This blood was the key to keep the Cloud of Darkness under control.

The Proof of this Power is also known as the Allagan Eye and can be seen in those with ancestral ties to the Miqo'te Seeker of the Sun G Tribe.
