Foul (PvP) is an action unlocked at level 30. It is available for Black Mage.

History

• Patch 6.1 (2022-04-12):
  • Potency has been increased from 1,800 to 16,000.
  • Can no longer be assigned to a hotbar.
• Patch 5.3 (2020-08-11):
  • Potency has been reduced from 2,400 to 1,800.
  • Cast time has been made instant.
• Patch 5.1 (2019-10-29):
  • Potency has been reduced from 3,200 to 2,400.
  • Recast time has been reduced from 30 to 2.4 seconds.
  • Can now be cast while under the effect of either Astral Fire or Umbral Ice.
  • Now requires Polyglot to cast.
  • The additional effect "10-yalm knockback to enemies other than target" has been removed.
  • No longer changes to Flare while under the effect of Astral Fire.
  • No longer changes to Freeze while under the effect of Umbral Ice.
• Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02):
  • Potency has been reduced from 4,000 to 3,200.
  • Potency is no longer reduced after the first enemy.
  • Now shares a recast timer with Flare and Freeze.
  • Recast time has been increased from 2.3 to 30 seconds.
  • Cast time has been reduced from 2.8 to 2 seconds.
  • The effect "10-yalm knockback to enemies other than target" has been added.
