Notes
- Very easy to farm in large quantities in Zadnor thanks to
Lost Reflect, optionally using 
Essence of the Irregular and unequipping armor to increase damage reflected, and 
Lost Impetus to move faster. Because of Reflect's buff application delay combined with the sprites' magic aggro, walking too close to the sprites on the first use is very likely to result in quickly dying. Wind Sprites during Wind weather have the highest drop rates. - Alternatively,
Lost Death used on star ranks on the Southern Plateau (typically combined with 
Sleep/
Repose and 
Essence of the Ordained) can provide a decent number of fragments.
