Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02): Removed.
Patch 4.0 (2017-06-20): The effect "Reduces all enemy magic resistance by 10%" has been changed to "Increases damage taken by nearby enemies by 3%."
Patch 3.3 (2016-06-07): Cast time has been reduced from 3 to 1.5 seconds.
