Doton (PvP)
Creates a patch of corrupted earth under your feet, dealing damage with a potency of 3,000 to any enemies who enter.
Duration: 10s
Reduces damage taken by 15% while standing in the patch of salted earth
Can only be executed while under the effect of Three Mudra.

Doton (PvP) is an action unlocked at level 30. It is available for Ninja.

Doton buff is the duration of the patch of corrupted earth itself. Upon expiry of this effect, the corrupted earth will dissipate. - This
Doton buff reduces damage taken.

- Doton is applied and reapplied for five seconds on the server tick. This effect persists even after the expiration of the corrupted earth itself. This means that repeatedly leaving and re-entering the corrupted earth may not re-apply Doton.
- Placing and standing in the patch of corrupted earth aids in extended survival when defending a contested area (i.e. on top of the Tactical Crystal, especially during overtime).
- The patch of corrupted earth can also be placed on enemy chokepoints (i.e. narrow corridors or paths) as a deterrent, or to increase the difficulty of escaping for opponents from Hollow Nozuchi.
History
Patch 7.18 (2025-02-25): Reduction to damage taken has been reduced from 20% to 15%.- Patch 7.16 (2025-01-21): Reduction to damage taken has been reduced from 25% to 20%.
