If you are struggling to get up without flying, there is a small open double-doored entrance at (X:28.7, Y:36.5, Z:1.2). Continue forward through the cave and through the slightly larger hole as going right leads to a dead-end ledge. There is a steep, but walkable scalable cliff at (X:29.2, Y:34.8, Z:1.3) that will require some jumping. Head forward and left to drop down. This will help you access specifically the Level 94 Miner Levequest Building the Banks.
