Chaotic Cyclone (PvP) is an action unlocked at level 30. It is available for Warrior.

History

• Patch 6.1 (2022-04-12):
  • Potency has been increased from 1,200 to 8,000.
  • The additional effect "Increases target's damage taken by 10%" has been removed.
  • Potency now increases to 16,000 while under the effect of Inner Release.
  • The effect of Nascent Chaos no longer fades upon execution.
• Patch 5.35 (2020-10-12): The effect "Absorbs 100% of damage dealt as HP" has been added.
• Patch 5.3 (2020-08-11): Increase to target's damage taken has been changed from 5% to 10%.
• Patch 5.1 (2019-10-29):
  • Potency has been reduced from 2,000 to 1,200.
  • The additional effect "Increases Beast Gauge by 25" has been removed.
