Category:Striped Ray

The striped ray's capacity to manipulate aether—effectively transforming its body into a pliant wing capable of navigating both the seas and skies—gives scholars cause to believe it a descendant of the dread Cetus, despite the latter being a cloudkin. For centuries, the Kojin of the Ruby Sea have sought to take advantage of this remarkable trait, and have worked to domesticate the creatures for use in transport and logistics.
