Lurking in the depths of the Tempest and similarly spacious bodies of water, the dagon hides its many tentacles within its shell until a threat approaches, then extends them to make itself appear larger and more menacing. Though soft of flesh, the parasitic coral adorning it should see most would-be predators regretting their attempts to take a bite.
