Blizzard (PvP) is an action unlocked at level 30. It is available for Black Mage.
History
Patch 6.11a (2022-05-23): Umbral Ice II effect duration has been increased from 15 to 30 seconds.- Patch 6.11 (2022-04-25): Potency has been increased from 3,000 to 4,000.
- Patch 6.1 (2022-04-12):
- Potency has been increased from 800 to 3,000.
- The additional effect "Grants Umbral Ice" has been changed to "Grants Umbral Ice II".
- Effect cannot be stacked with Astral Fire.
- No longer requires a cast time when cast under the effect of Astral Fire.
- The additional effect "Afflicts target with a stack of Umbral Freeze, up to a maximum of 3" has been added.
- Effect cannot be stacked with Astral Warmth.
- Action now changes to Blizzard IV while under the effect of Umbral Ice II.
Patch 5.3 (2020-08-11): Reduction to spell cast and recast times from Umbral Ice has been changed from 10% to 20%.- Patch 5.2 (2020-02-18): Potency has been increased from 600 to 800.
- Patch 5.1 (2019-10-29):

- MP recovery has been increased from 1,000 to 2,000.
