The duration of 
Frontliner's March is greater than the cooldown of Apex Arrow, making its effects functionally last indefinitely.
Similar to PvE songs, Frontliner's March is reapplied on the server tick. If party members are out of range of the bard singing, they will lose the effect. If the bard singing is KO'd, party members will lose the effect of Frontliner's March.
History
Patch 7.3 (2025-08-05): Reduction to weaponskill cast time and recast time from the Frontliner's March effect has been increased from 10% to 15%.
Patch 6.4 (2023-05-23): Potency has been increased from 6,000 to 8,000.- Patch 6.1 (2022-04-12):
