13th Order Watchman is a Kobold in Outer La Noscea. The 13th Order Watchman is only encountered during the Kobold Daily Quests inside the 13th Order Workshop. This area is accessible during the quests by talking to 13th Order Alchemist Ga Zi. There are various types of watchman encountered during these quests, wielding different weapons.
The watchman wielding Gladiator or Paladin arms uses Fast Blade and casts Titan's Boon, a Vulnerability Down that lasts for 15 seconds, they use this roughly every 20 to 25 seconds. They also wield Marauder or Warrior arms, these use an earlier version of Overpower, a front conal AoE, and use Enstone which adds earth damage to their auto attacks. Enstone can be silenced. The last variation of the 13th Order Watchman that can spawns uses Thaumaturge or Black Mage arms, they cast Stone (spell) and on occasion use Titan's Anger, an AoE around the player, these casts can be silenced.
