Between patch 7.1 and patch 7.4, the player could find this NPC in Old Gridania (X:10.7 Y:6.4). Upon speaking to the moogle, the player would receive a single Fantasia. This was done as a limited-time compensation due to graphical adjustments made to player character models in patches 7.1, 7.2, and 7.3. These adjustments were made based on prior feedback from the community.
