Ruin II Updated

Hello SirMoogle, nice name btw : ). Thank you for letting us know about the typo on Template:Welcome and about the updated Ruin II value on List of scholar actions. Turns out the List of scholar actions takes its Ruin II information from Ruin II (scholar).
