This list will list all potential locations Alpha and Omega (NPC) can appear in the overworld. Their appearance is random and different for each player.

The first wave of locations were intruduced after ((Quest for Alpha)). It includes locations from A Realm Reborn to Stormblood.

The second wave was introduced in patch 6.1. After completing the Quest ((Quest for Omega in Endwalker)), Alpha and Omega appear in Endwalker zones.

The third wave was introduced in patch 7.3. Alpha and Omega can now appear in Dawntrail zones.

Currently, there are no Shadowbringers zones.
