Whoops! I retract my previous error report, and present an entirely new one.

I just ran the duty again, and have discovered that the order of Coffer tables you get is always the same, regardless of the order of goblins you save. To clarify, the coffer tables occur in a specific order, even if the goblins are saved in different orders.

The wiki page I linked earlier is still incorrect, just not in the way I had reported. Sorry for the confusion, and multiple messages. lol
