Toxic Nightshade is a level 71 FATE spawned in Lakeland. It appears near a landmark called The Stay. On completing this FATE, the final step in the chain 
Deadly Nightshade will immediately spawn in the same location.
Additional Information
This FATE may fail to spawn after completing Subtle Nightshade, if its NPCs start walking west instead of east.
