Tool Time for the Land is an achievement.
Notes
Earning this achievement, in addition to completing the level 50 gatherer quests, will unlock the following items for purchase at Calamity Salvager NPCs:
Mammon Lucis (complete 
Canyon of Regret)
Rauni Lucis (complete Seeds of Hope)
Halcyon Rod Lucis (complete So Long, and Thanks for All the Fish)
Due to this, only one of the gatherer Lucis tools needs to be obtained through the intended upgrade process. After that, the remaining tools can be bought from the salvager, skipping the upgrade process.
