The Solar is a zone in ???. It is an instanced location found within either of the Scions of the Seventh Dawn's headquarters: The Waking Sands, or The Rising Stones after Patch 2.2's MSQ.
Additional Information
Because the Solar could refer to either room, in the Sands or the Stones, it is never specified as a quest's location despite being an isolated instanced area. The outer building is always used instead.
