Journal
- Ruvoll Ja is about to take a break.
- ※The difficulty of this quest will be synced to your current level.
- Ruvoll Ja is about to meet Bol Tst'ei for a taste of one of his latest culinary creations. He invites you along, and far be it from you to refuse the offer of free food.
- ※Please note that the difficulty of this quest has been synced to your current level. Furthermore, you may not proceed with a class or job that is different from when you accepted this quest.
- Bol Tst'ei offers a menu and you make your choice─for better or worse. Wiping your mouth, you turn to Ruvoll Ja, who also enjoyed a helping of a new invention.
- Anggir apparently has something to discuss with Ruvoll Ja, so the two of you set out to meet her. The aftertaste of Bol Tst'ei's unique cuisine still lingers on your tongue...
- Anggir is glowing with pride over the gainery's accomplishments and surprises the both of you by seeming to resign her position at Gok Golma before reassuring you of her renewed efforts. Once estranged from his homeland, Ruvoll Ja is now closer to Mamook than ever and proud to call himself a member of its community. From a dark, bleak forest, you have cultivated overflowing and beautiful life, and the Mamool Ja who live in the Ja Tiika Heartland are irrevocably better off for it. Although you know the gainery is more than capable of standing on its own two feet, your dextrous hands will never be unwelcome here as Gok Golma continues to blossom.

Accepting the quest
Forename, perfect timing. Do you have a moment?
Bol Tst'ei has some new recipes he'd like someone to try, so I thought you could come along.
Great, then let's go and find him at the kitchen.
Speaking with Bol Tst'ei
Optional dialogue
Gok Golma has been abuzz with people recently─even visitors from outside the city!
You brought Forename as well. Good, good, have a seat.
Don't mind if we do! Let's see...
If it isn't Forename and Ruvoll Ja! Well met!
Mmm, now that smells amazing! Bol Tst'ei, give me a tiika selvaas, quick as you can!
You're on the job, fool! We've just stopped by for a delivery, and next we've got our patrol. Straighten up, now!
But I could just down it in a gulp! <sigh> Never mind, after I get back from patrol, then...
See you later! I'll be back for that tiika selvaas─have one ready!
Visits like these from the brethren or other folks from Iq Br'aax have become more and more commonplace. It fills me with pride to see it.
But that aside, we were having a seat...
Ruvoll Ja! I've got a question about our next crop rotation─could you spare a moment?
Sorry, I'll be right back.
Busy as ever, I see. Everyone wants Ruvoll Ja's ear these days. I thought I could give the poor lad some peace by having him try a new dish.
Sorry, sorry! Let's eat, shall we?
I've got three different projects I'm working on, and I'd be much obliged if you'd try one of them. Which'll it be?
What will you order?
Yak T'el salad.
A salad of three fresh vegetables paired with Turali quinoa and served with smoked fish. Everything you need in one dish.
Without further ado!
The sweet and crunchy vegetables pair perfectly with the smoked fish, and the grains add enjoyable texture. You polish off your serving in an instant!
Stewed ty'aitya.
A glowing tomato and onion base simmered ill the ty'aitya meat melts in your mouth. I've got just the special blend of spices to curtail its natural gamy flavor.
Without further ado!
The stewed ty'aitya has a distinct, rich taste that you could get used to. You down the whole of it!
Mystery soup.
Feeling adventurous, are we? Well, I won't tell you what goes in it, lest I spoil the surprise.
Without further ado!
Hyur
Bracing yourself, you take a spoonful of mystery soup. You might as well have sipped from a fathomless lake of poison... You deeply regret your decision.
Elezen
Bracing yourself, you take a spoonful of mystery soup. You might as well have licked the wall of a haunted mention... You deeply regret your decision.
Lalafell
Bracing yourself, you take a spoonful of mystery soup. You might as well have swallowed pure bliss... You feel deeply satisfied.
Miqo'te
Bracing yourself, you take a spoonful of mystery soup. You might as well have shoved a handful of ash into your mouth... You deeply regret your decision.
Roegadyn
Bracing yourself, you take a spoonful of mystery soup. You might as well have glugged down some lava... You deeply regret your decision.
Au Ra
Bracing yourself, you take a spoonful of mystery soup. You might as well have jammed a hunk of ice down your throat... You deeply regret your decision.
Hrothgar
Bracing yourself, you take a spoonful of mystery soup. You might as well have chewed a mouthful of sand... You deeply regret your decision.
Viera
Bracing yourself, you take a spoonful of mystery soup. You might as well have sipped at nihilism itself... You deeply regret your decision.
No need to give me your thoughts─all is written plain on your face. I'll eventually be adding these dishes to the menu, so come by whenever you have a hankering.
End of cutscene.
Optional dialogue
I enjoy cooking down here. You can't get glowing vegetables anywhere but Gok Golma, after all.
Speaking with Ruvoll Ja
I have to hand it to Bol Tst'ei─he really comes up with the most unique cuisine!
Seeing everyone dine here makes me realize that food has become something more than just a means of survival for Mamook. It's become a source of joy.
A happy side effect, perhaps, but I'm grateful nonetheless.
Anyway, I have to go and chat with Anggir; apparently, she wants to consult me on something. Care to join?
Speaking with Anggir
Optional dialogue
Without Anggir's knowledge, Gok Golma would still be but a flight of fancy. We owe her much and more.
Oh, Forename, you came along too. This works out nicely, then.
I wanted to tell you that Gok Golma has been offered a place in the Turali Agricultural Association. Outside communities have officially come to recognize our efforts!
Given how well our goals have been accomplished, I think it only natural that I consider a new pursuit.
You don't mean...you're returning to Sharlayan?
Hm? Oh, heavens no! I only meant to say that I intend to pursue a study of selective breeding!
Crops more bountiful, flavorful, and nutritious than we have yet developed. Mamook's economy and reputation would surely stand to benefit─yet the thought that Gok Golma might rise to the heights of horticultural excellence is what thrills me. Don't you agree?
Of course! I can think of no better way to show how much Mamook has changed. We may even convince more folks to return from Tuliyollal!
As a Mamool Ja, Mamook is and always will be my homeland. I can now hold my head high when I say that.
And that's only because you both were here to help. Thank you─I can't say it enough!
Forename, I'll keep doing what I can to help Anggir with her research, so if you ever find the time and inclination, feel free to stop by!
We'll be waiting, ready to show you a gainery the likes of which you've never seen.
You have achieved Bloodsworn reputation with the farmers of Gok Golma.
You will receive an experience point bonus upon the completion of Mamool Ja society daily quests.
You now have access to a wider selection of wares from Veerul Ja.
End of cutscene.
