Additional Information

This Notorious Monster is manually spawned by players inside The Forbidden Land Eureka The Baldesion Arsenal, and its arrival is noted with the text "An avatar of Absolute Virtue has manifested somewhere in Hydatos!".

Completing this Notorious Monster will remove Absolute Virtue's unique buff, will grant all participating players who are elemental level 60 the Aetherially primed icon1.png Aetherically Primed buff, and will spawn 8 Aetherial Nodes (portals) around Hydatos to allow reinforcements to join the players already inside The Forbidden Land Eureka The Baldesion Arsenal. The locations of the portals are semi-random: 8 portals will appear in any of the 48 portal locations from the original Eureka: Notorious MonsterI Don't Want to Believe (Ovni) encounter.

Tips and Tricks

Like Ovni, the boss's buffs can be incredibly dangerous, and Dispel L.png  Dispel L is required. All of the enemies in this FATE are Wind-elemental, so bringing Feint L.png  Feint L to decrease the monsters' evasion can be very helpful.

The FATE is split into three "waves". The first wave consists of three Phuabo, the second of five Phuabo, and the last is just the boss Tristitia.

  • Spine Lash: Used by both the Phuabo and Tristitia. A cone attack from their front that deals moderate damage. Trisitia's version of the attack has no telegraph.
  • Flood: Used only by the Phuabo. A circle AoE centered on them.
  • Waterga III: A circle AoE targeted below a random players.
  • Aeroga IV: A circle AoE centered on Tristitia that deals high damage.
  • Tornado II: A large ring AoE that leaves the inside of Tristitia's hitbox safe. This also deals high damage.
  • Dualcast: Grants Tristitia the Dualcast buff, which will cause the next cast of Aeroga IV or Tornado II to be followed up with the opposite spell with no cast bar or telegraph. This buff cannot be dispelled.
  • Shock Spikes: Grants Tristitia the Shock Spikes buff for 60 seconds, causing damage to players who attack it with physical attacks, with the possibility of inflicting Stun icon1.png Stun for 5 seconds.
  • Mighty Strikes: Grants Tristitia the Critical Strikes buff, causing all of its attacks to be Critical Hits. It is highly recommended that this buff be dispelled.
  • Meteor: High unavoidable damage to all nearby players. With Mighty Strikes, this attack is very likely to deal lethal damage.
