The "Law of Atma Drop Rates" footnote

Has anyone actually done any testing on this in the modern day, after drop rates were buffed to 20%? Just from some casual testing (I've been farming enough Atma all at once so that I never need to farm them again, which means getting 8 of each) it doesn't even seem remotely accurate - drop rates inside the given window seem exactly the same as outside of it.

I'm wondering if this was ever accurate at all, or perhaps was obsoleted when the droprate was buffed to 20%, or perhaps was never right at all. Stoppableforce (talk) 13:33, 2 October 2026 (UTC)
