The Expanding House of Splendors quest may not be required, at least from the scrip exchanges near custom delivery points. I haven't completed this quest yet, but have completed Anden's custom deliveries and That's So Anden quest, and have access to the level 90 gear from the scrip exchange immediately nearby. I can't access the gear from the Crystarium, Eulmore, or other scrip exchanges though. Unanimated (talk) 23:38, 15 October 2025 (UTC)
