This is part of the FATE chain in Coerthas Central Highlands. This 3-part saga has an achievement for completing the the final FATE (either Fall or Fury).
Svara's Flight (x:26.0, y:15.0), started by House Fortemps Engineer
Svara's Fear (x:26.0, y:8.0)- Depending on the result of Svara's Fear, one of the following will spawn:

- Svara is accompanied by five Thrustaevis adds.
- The Dragon's Breath: Svara breathes lightning in a large marked cone AOE in front of it.
- Web of Lightning: A marked circle AOE is targeted at a random player, summoning a lightning strike. If hit then the player takes high damage and is afflicted with
Paralysis. - Granite Rain: Svara will jump and stomp on the ground, pushing back any players nearby and causing mild damage.
- Svara is susceptible to
Stun abilities.
Additional Information
Only spawns if Svara's Fear succeeded.
The players will be assisted by a "Bertha" cannon, and multiple "House Fortemp Guard" NPCs.
Svara is vulnerable to BLU spells such as 
Tail Screw and 
Doom.
