Summon forth your Regalia Type-G, ceruleum-powered magitek transportation vehicle crafted by Garlond Ironworks.

To hear Cid tell it, equal parts elbow grease and gumption were all that was required to see the Type-G (for “Garlond”) fully operational...when, in all truth, the otherworldly carriage most likely required an amazing amount of reverse engineering to recreate.

Seating details:

  • The player that summoned the mount will always be the driver.
    • Lalafell will stand up in the seat and drive with both hands.
    • Male Miqo'te, Au Ra, and Roegadyn will drive with their right hand only, with their left arm resting on the door.
    • Female Roegadyn will drive with their left hand only, with their right hand resting on their lap.
    • Female Miqo'te and Au Ra will drive with both hands.
  • Seat #1 is the front passenger seat (or "shotgun").
    • Lalafell will kneel in the seat, lean forward, and rest their arms and head on the dashboard.
    • Male Roegadyn will have their right arm hanging out over the door.
    • Most female races will rest with both arms resting in their lap.
    • Most male races will rest with their arms crossed.
  • Seat #2 is the left-back seat.
    • Lalafell will stand in the seat, leaning on the door and looking leftwards out of the car.
    • Most female characters will lean forwards, speaking to the driver or trying to get their attention.
    • Most male characters will lean back and cross their arms.
  • Seat #3 is the right-back seat.
    • Lalafell will lean back, looking rightwards out of the car.
    • Most male characters rest their right arm on the door, cross their right leg over their left, and look at the driver.
    • Most female characters rest both hands on the seat at their sides, and look at the driver.

Trivia

  • This was the first 4-seater mount to be added to the game.
The mount does not adjust for the player character's race. Lalafell players can be seen driving while standing in the front seat.
