Lore

"I believe that, one day, life will return to where light now rules. That the world will return to the way it once was."

As the chief of the Facet of Gathering, Qeshi-Rae is always on the lookout for rare specimens of wildlife, vegetation, and minerals. Her latest fascination is the samiel, having formed a special search squad designed to seek out said creatures. Though the trait is not considered particularly becoming, this impulsive Mystel is prone to abandoning her current duties to fly off in pursuit of some newly discovered interest. That said, her actions are not entirely without thought-for many of her thirty summers, Qeshi-Rae has been consumed by the idea of helping her world recover from losing much of its flora and fauna to the Flood.

Yes, yes, this is the Facet of Gathering, but we have our hands full at the moment. If you have a request, you'll have to wait a while.

After completing The Myth Takes Form

Qeshi-Rae

Greetings, my friend! How fare you? Found any rare and interesting specimens lately?

I'd love nothing more than to be out and about like you, but I'm resigned to behaving myself for a while. It's all fun and games if Yalana alone is annoyed, but Katliss is another matter. Her, you do not want to anger...

After completing For Every Child a Star

Qeshi-Rae

Forename, how kind of you to visit! The facet continues to do its good work, you'll be pleased to hear. With night restored, we're hopeful that the realm's flora and fauna will thrive as they haven't in a hundred years!

After progressing a Splendorous Tool

Qeshi-Rae

Oho, there you are, Forename! Tell me, what sorts of rare and fascinating materials did it take to make that splendorous tool of yours?

The mere concept boggles the mind... Resources from the old world, all melded together into brilliant, beautiful amalgamations of hope! I haven't stopped thinking about it since Chora-Zoi's little survey.

Ahhh, what a time to be alive! What wonders shall be revealed once we obtain these tools? What sorts of discoveries might we make? One thing is for certain─exciting days await!
