A Hume orphan raised alongside Thiuna by Master Harig, Owell long believed that the duty of a Crystarium artisan was to craft items with an everyday, practical purpose, and thus struggled to understand Thiuna's focus on repairing sentimental objects. It was not until he heard the lute she restored with help from the Warrior of Darkness that he reconsidered his opinion on the subject of inherent value. At twenty-seven years of age, he remains a solitary man, sustained by his work and a love for warm milk.
