“"Life has been hard—really hard—for me lately, and if things were to fall apart here, I'd have nowhere to go."
After a troubled childhood, Hansaku fell in with the worst sort of people--an unsavory gang of bandits who forced the Hyuran orphan into a life of violent lawlessness. Hansaku managed to extricate himself from their clutches, but despite finding sanctuary within The Confederacy, his past was not so easily escaped. It was an adventurer that would help him face the demons he had attempted to outrun, and now, at the age of twenty-three summers, he is learning the treasurer's trade.
