A talented fighter and a brilliant scientist, Wicked Thunder actually fashioned her ring herself, using electrope.
The city within was born from her imagination and recreated with holograms. In such a space, she can easily wield her lightning techniques with reckless abandon.
Which makes the fact that she lost to you all the worse. Ugh, both those sisters are disappointments!
