Deitrich is a Hyur found in Ul'dah - Steps of Thal. He is located on the Hustings Strip, which is a second floor of the Steps of Thal. Players can get there using staircases off of The Gold Court, and register the Aethernet Shard for the Alchemists' Guild once they arrive.
