Lore
"I will not take my new life in Ala Mhigo for granted. It is a gift that Wilred never got to receive."
Born to refugees in Little Ala Mhigo, Bertliana had never beheld her homeland in all her eighteen summers. When the opportunity arose for the displaced to return to Ala Mhigo, the young Highlander was given charge of the first group to set forth. Though she naturally longed to see the home she had only heard about in tales, she made the journey, above all, for her childhood friend Wilred. He, more than anyone, burned with the desire to take back Ala Mhigo, and in order to honor his memory, she took his blade with her and laid it at the Tomb of the Errant Sword.
