Air Supply is a level 47 FATE spawned in North Shroud.
Guide
Note that the FATE description is slightly misleading. To clear the FATE, all Airstones (boxes), and all Ixali Swiftbeaks must be defeated. Ixali Swiftbeaks will spawn upon attacking an Airstone, but they will not immediately aggro. The FATE initially spawns with some NPCs that will attack the Airstones, so there is a chance that some of the Swiftbeaks will already be spawned when the player arrives.
The Ixali Windtalons and the Watchwolves will not count toward FATE completion, despite having the FATE marker on them.
