Strategy
Gatherer's Boon is an effect which has a chance of happening when gathering. The higher your Perception rating, the better chance you have of triggering this effect.
Additionally, two actions increase the odds of triggering Gatherer's Boon. These effects last for until the node is exhausted, and can stack with each other:
Mountaineer's Gift II increases the chance of Gatherer's Boon by 30% for 100 GP.
Mountaineer's Gift I increases the chance of Gatherer's Boon by 10% for 50 GP.
