411th Order Priest is a Kobold in Outer La Noscea. The 411th Order Priest is only encountered during the Kobold Daily Quests Bo Zu's Blown Cover. After Transporting a bomb obtained from 789th Order Acolyte Ba Go, placing it at the 411th order furnace and letting it explode the 411th Order Priest spawns.
The 411th Order Priest attacks with Stone (spell) and occasionally will cast Titan's Anger, a decent sized AoE, on the player. Only Stone (spell) can be silenced.
