13th Order Fugleman Zo Ga
13th Order Fugleman Zo Ga is a Spoken found in Outer La Noscea.
With his strength and intelligence, he and his order rose up in the ranks, currently standing at the 13th Order. He claims to want to lead the Kobolds into a new age of prosperity, but mistreats those below him and those that he deems useless to his own cause.[1] He has followers from many different orders, and many underlings too afraid to go against him.[2] He is often followed by a group of women. It is unknown if he is tempered.
His plans involved making a grand furnace that would produce dangerous weapons against the local overdweller populance, and he was often the one to encourage the Kobolds to be more aggressive against them. With him gone, it is assumed that the Kobolds would keep it low, for a while.[3]
