13th Order Alchemist is a Kobold in Outer La Noscea. The 13th Order Alchemist is only encountered during the Kobold Daily Quests inside the 13th Order Workshop. This area is accessible during the quests by talking to 13th Order Alchemist Ga Zi. The player needs to talk to the Kobolds first, where they will exclaim various dialogues before attacking. These dialogues are shared with the 13th Order Scholar

The 13th Order Alchemist attacks with Stone (spell) and occasionally will cast Titan's Anger, a decent sized AoE, on the player. Only Stone (spell) can be silenced.
