Stonemason Percelle

Stonemason Percelle is a famous stonemason who planned and constructed the statues of various famous saints and knights in Ishgard. His greatest accomplishment was the statue of Haldrath in the Coerthas Western Highlands that took him the last thirty years of his life to complete.
