In the hopes of contributing to efforts in the Firmament, this thirty-one-year-old Skysteel engineer and his peers labored to perfect several tradecraft tools based on plans discovered in the manufactory's storehouse. Though Neillemard prefers to remain calm and collected even as his colleagues get carried away, he can be as brazen as his work requires—when negotiating with Rowena, for instance. For better or worse, his dedication to his craft has also left him blissfully unaware of advances from his fellow engineer, Emeny.
