Flavor Text
A technique employed by Suzaku, wherein the auspice unleashes a swift series of blurring kicks. The “phantom” half of the name is a somewhat nebulous reference to a constellation in Far Eastern astrology, the sign of which is said to bring good fortune in all matters...except that of matrimony.

- This action is designed to be be channeled for as long as possible, then used again immediately before it expires to execute the finisher.
- The damage over time effect of Phantom Flurry continues even after the effect of Moon Flute transitions from Waxing Nocturne to Waning Nocturne, making this a useful ability to end your buff window with. Note that Waning Nocturne will prevent you from using the finisher.
