This settlement belongs to the Vira, a faction of Ananta who chose to fight alongside the Ala Mhigan Resistance in a bid to break free of the Empire's subjugation. The founding of Vira Nilya was an important step to distance themselves from the Qalyana, the larger of the two tribes.

• There are a dozen or so friendly Ananta who can be spoken to here, and many of them offer side-quests.
  • Notably, Garima, found at (X:28.2, Y:19.9) becomes a Triple Triad challenger once her quest is completed.
• The leader of this Ananta group, Sarisha can be found at (X:28.0, Y:19.4)
• A Blessed Merchant is located at (X:27.0, Y:19.8), and there is also a Blessed Mender farther up the hill at (X:27.2, Y:20.7).
• On foot, there are two gates to enter and exit this settlement from, at (X:26.9, Y:19.2) on the settlement's northwest side, and (X:28.3, Y:21.3) on its east.
